How does the free trial work?+
You enter your card when you create your account, but nothing is charged for 7 days. On day 8 the first month (or year, if you chose yearly) is charged. If you cancel before then, you pay nothing. During the trial you get the daily summary, alerts and answers; the monthly report arrives after the first charge.
What counts as a question?+
Each message where you ask the analyst something, on WhatsApp or from the dashboard. The daily summary, alerts and monthly report don't count. We let you know when you're running low, and if you hit the limit you can move up a plan in a couple of clicks.
What currency is it charged in, and who invoices?+
In US dollars (US$). Payments are processed by Paddle, acting as the official reseller: it calculates your country's taxes and sends you the invoice.
Can I change plans or cancel?+
Yes, whenever you want, from "Your plan" in your dashboard. When you move up or down, the prorated difference is charged or credited. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.
Why doesn't Starter have yearly billing?+
Starter is the entry plan and is billed month to month. Yearly billing, with a 20% discount, is available on Growth and Enterprise.
What do I need to get started?+
A Shopify store and WhatsApp. Meta Ads, Google and Klaviyo are optional: each one gives the analyst more context. All access is read-only.
