Terms of Service

1. Service description

Dungenez is an AI agent that analyzes your business's Shopify, Meta and Google Analytics data and answers questions about its performance, comparing it against your own history and against industry benchmarks.

The service is early-stage (beta): features, availability and the accuracy of responses may change without notice as we keep developing it.

2. Accounts and eligibility

To use Dungenez you must own, or be authorized by the owner of, the business and the Shopify, Meta and Google accounts you connect. You're responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential.

3. Connecting third-party accounts

Dungenez accesses Shopify, Meta and Google in read-only mode: it never writes to, modifies, or deletes information on those platforms.

The service's functioning depends on the availability of those third-party APIs. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes or errors originating from Shopify, Meta or Google.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Dungenez for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access another client's data, to reverse-engineer the service, or to overload or interfere with its operation.

5. Plans and payment

Dungenez currently has no public pricing: access is granted by direct agreement with each client. Any future charges will be communicated to you in advance before being applied.

6. Intellectual property

Dungenez SpA retains all rights to the software, trademarks and content of the service. You retain all rights to your business data.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is," in beta. The agent's responses support your own decision-making — they do not constitute professional financial, accounting or legal advice, and do not guarantee any business outcome.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dungenez SpA will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including business decisions made based on the agent's responses.

9. Termination

You may stop using Dungenez and request deletion of your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate access to the service, especially during this early stage, giving prior notice when reasonably possible.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll let you know by email or within the application.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Chile. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Santiago, Chile.
