How Dungenez works
From data spread across Shopify, Meta Ads, Google and Klaviyo to a clear answer on WhatsApp. Here's how it works, step by step.
1. You connect your accounts
You authorize access once, through each platform's standard OAuth flow. All access is read-only: Dungenez never writes to, modifies, or deletes anything in your store, campaigns, or accounts.
Shopify
Orders, products, customers and sales — the source of your business numbers.
Meta Ads
Facebook and Instagram Ads performance, plus organic Instagram metrics if you also connect your business account.
Google Analytics 4 and Search Console
Traffic, conversions and on-site behavior, plus organic search performance.
Google Ads
Spend, cost per conversion and return on your Search and Shopping campaigns.
Klaviyo
Email campaigns and flows: opens, clicks and attributed revenue.
2. You talk to your analyst on WhatsApp
Link your number once, then message it like you would a person, no commands or menus. Ask it what you'd ask an e-commerce manager: how sales are doing, why conversion dropped, which campaign is performing best. You also get a summary every morning and an alert whenever something looks off.

Yesterday's summary, Tuesday 23
Sales: US$8,420 (61 orders), +12% vs your 14-day average Ad spend: US$1,050 · ROAS 8.0x Visits: 4,300 · conversion 1.4% (your average: 1.8%) Instagram: Monday's unboxing reel brought 620 organic visits, 3x the usual Email: 14% of sales came from Klaviyo
What matters: 48 people reached checkout and 31 dropped off at the shipping step. That's about US$4,200 that almost came in.

Why do they drop off right at shipping?
08:15
Because the shipping cost (US$9) only shows up at the last step. On mobile, which is 76% of your visits, 70% of drop-offs happen there. Surprise costs are the top reason for cart abandonment in e-commerce.
Your average order is US$138. If you offer free shipping over US$150 and show it on the product page, you remove the surprise and nudge the order value up.
And there's something easier to recover: 24 of those 31 left their email. Your abandoned-cart flow in Klaviyo sends a single email, after 24 hours. Adding one after an hour usually recovers 5% to 10% of those carts.

Alert
Sizes 8 to 10 of your best-selling model sold out 2 hours ago, but your best-ROAS ad is still sending people to that page. You've spent US$140 since then with 0 sales of that model.

Should I pause it?
15:44
Better not to pause it: you'd lose what Meta has already learned from that ad. Switch the link to the same model in black, which has every size and converts about the same. If you can't do it now, cut the budget to 30% until you restock.
Don't unpublish the sold-out product page: it gets about 300 visits a week from Google for "white street sneakers". Leave it up with a "notify me when my size is back" button. Those emails go into Klaviyo and you can write to them the day the stock arrives.

Competitive intel
How you compare to other stores in your category.
Compared against your history and your industry
Once you have enough of your own history, Dungenez compares you against yourself. While you build that up, it uses industry benchmarks — so the answer always has a real reference point, not a number floating on its own.
Your data, isolated and encrypted
Every client's data is kept separate at the database level. Shopify, Meta and Google credentials are stored encrypted, never in plain text, and are only used on the server at the exact moment a query needs them.
Try it with sample data
The demo runs the same analyst on a sample store. When you want to use it with your data, pick a plan.
